Registration Forms
The following forms are to be filled out by campers and their families. You may fill them out directly on our website or print and fill them out by hand.
Travel Assistance
The Travel Assistance Form needs to be filled out by all camper families. It will provide us with general information which will be used to determine travel-assistance eligibility.
Returning Camper Fee
The Returning Camper Form form needs to be filled out by any returning camper wishing to secure assistance with travel. Please see the form for fee schedule. If any family cannot provide a payment source due to financial hardship, please complete the form and note as such.
